Wilberto Robles

I help medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers reach Latin America, and I help distributors find products worth bringing in.

As Founder and President of ROW Consulting, I work as a sourcing and business development partner: finding and qualifying suppliers, structuring agreements, and connecting manufacturers with distributors who can move product. I still take on regulatory affairs consulting, on a limited basis.

That work rests on more than 20 years in regulatory affairs, starting at APP Pharmaceuticals. At Catalyst Global, where I spent more than 11 years until the company closed in 2023, I was promoted three times to Senior Director of Global Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. I led WHO prequalification for specific drug products and built the company’s first LTR network in Latin America. I have worked with national regulatory authorities in five global regions, and I am a published author and speaker, including at the Health Supplies Coalition General Membership Meetings in Belgium and Nepal.
